I paid for this apps YEARS AGO and now you update it and make me pay again to remove ads?

I have an iPhone X app keeps crashing.

I used to use this app everyday for individual train. Now, it’s not accurately displayed. Sometimes it will say there is a train arriving xx time at a station but when I would get there there are no trains. It displays trains even tho there are planned work for that specific train. Few times gave me incorrect information. There are better and accurate apps for the subway on the App Store.

Love this app, but all of a sudden, every time I try to launch it, it closes instantly. Please advise

This app is amazing!!! I’ve been using it since it was first developed and recommend it to lost tourist who ask me for directions etc in NYC. It works much better and is 100% more reliable than the MTA app offered by NYC’s MTA. The only downside is that it’s only available for iPhone. My wife has an android phone. Will you/can you... in the near future develop a version of this app for the android platform...? Please consider it as an option. Thanks.

On the alert and changes tab, the text below the fold can’t be seen because you cannot scroll. Been like this for over a year.

The app used to have a list of upcoming train times and it’s no longer there, taking away the option to plan ahead. This is a much needed feature, please add it back, thanks!

Only because before i could put a certain time and it would tell me what time my train would come 30 mins before time i miss that out that ? Mark back to the time please PLEASE‼️

Please please bring the future train times option back! I commute from Brooklyn to Manhattan. The trains run less frequently in Brooklyn and the future train times were everything! I relied on them every day, especially when leaving for work super early or planning clients for the next day.

I love this app and was very happy to see its updated version after 3 or 4 years! However, I’ve noticed that the favorites for my commutes were deleted once I updated. I’ve tried to add them following the instructions and it noted “your favorite has been added”. But nothing is in the favorites. Please fix this problem. Thank you!

The update is good BUT it failed to bring back the clock in the upper right corner. I used and depended on that clock entirely. Please, please reinstate it. I work for Transit and I use it everyday in my travels to and from work. And now that it’s gone, it’s difficult to see ahead as to what trains to use

I really liked using this app for planning ahead, but the feature to chose a time other than the current time does not appear to have made it into the new update. Since I never use the 2nd ave line I kinda wish I hadn't updated it at all. Please bring back the option to view other times besides the current one.

This has always been the best transit app for subway arrival times. I used it religiously but then stopped because it stopped being updated with the 7 extension, Second Av Subway and the return of the W. I had deleted it a while ago because it was so outdated until my friend just showed me that it was finally updated. Now let’s please keep this up to date! Thank you!

This is back to being the best subway app, especially if you just need line info. The alerts are working. The real time is working. And we don’t have to put up with the “trip planning” requirements in some other apps. Thanks devs and designers! PS hopefully there is a widget planned for a future release.

No longer able to select future arrival times for a certain line. That was the best feature of this app!

I use this app every morning when I have to catch the subway to work.

The best feature seems to be gone. I used this app religiously to figure out subway schedules in advance. Now there is no option to change your departure time.

I would give 5 stars if this app included the W train. I used to love using this app.

Looks like a whole new app! Only minor inconvenience is how to make and edit favorites. I enjoyed organizing them manualy using the 'edit' page on the favorite tab rather than the alphanumeric system being used now.

Thanks for finally updating this. It is for the cleanest best app. Still missing W train times though. Is that in the works?

Latest update doesn’t open at all. Crashes immediately upon attempting to launch. Useless.

I spent money on this app only to find out it’s not the latest version of the NYC subway map. For example, there’s no shown existence of the 2nd Avenue subway line. Fairly accurate and easy to use otherwise hence two stars.

this app has been real, thank you for spending time to update the MTA current schedule daily. Your work is appreciated. Easy to use!!! SO CLEAR AND PRECISE!!! So I literally took the time to rate this app because I love it so much. MAKE ONE FOR ANDROID!!!!!

I find this app very useful except that it doesn’t show the W train that I take from Astoria. Why hasn’t it been updated to reflect that?

IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. Especially the Q TRAIN

The map is not updated to include the new q line in nyc

I really like this app and how it makes my commute easier. However the "q" and "w" train need to be updated to the current map. Also, this app needs to be updated it’s been 2 years. It does not work properly with the Apple Watch series 3. Thanks In advance !

I’ve had this app for at least four years now, and it used to be fairly accurate in terms of train times, etc., but that has gotten less accurate as time has passed. It still seems to have good info as far as changes and delays, but what is most unforgivable to me is the fact that the Q line extension was completed more than a year ago and the map still hasn’t been updated in this app.

Been a year + since the 2nd ave subway Q line opened and the app still has no data.

Is this app abandoned?

This app is just disaster, technically it works but it’s not helpful AT ALL! Arrival time is usually not in real time but just estimation. This app need A LOT of improvement.

I've used Next Stop for at least five years and it was accurate to the T with the numbered MTA lines. I've only stayed on iOS 10 because of NextStop. Unfortunately, it seized to offer realtime train arrivals just in the last few weeks. The last update was almost 3 years ago. I wish the developers updated it and the app worked as it used to.

Could you please update with the new seven train stop at Hudson Yards

This app used to work. Today, it failed me completely. Absolutely wrong and destroyed my commute on an important day.

All the maps are old so none of the new lines have been added. The new 2nd ave Q and the W lines aren’t added. Don’t pay for an app when you can get the same info with real time alerts and updates at mta.info or on the actual MTA app, which is free. This app has been forgotten by it’s developers. DON’T BUY.

The W train has been in service for over a year. When will you add the w to the app???

This apps is good because of the map, however, it needs an update and it should include the new routes that are currently on the updated MTA subway map such as the 7 line.

I love this App! It hasn’t been updated in a while and I wish it would be. It’s simple let’s you see if your train is coming and whether you have to run to make that connection. love it!

The app hasn’t been updated with the NWR and Q changes just to name a few. Tried to contact them but still no response. That’s unfortunate because at one time this was a great way to manage daily commutes...they really need to fix. Nothing worse than an app maker who doesn’t seem to care.

Need to update subway map. Q goes up 2nd Avenue and 7 goes to Hudson Yards!

Very unreliable times of arrival

The app stopped working after the latest update on my iPhone7 and it has not worked the entire summer of 2017. There is still no app updates to fix the problems.

Not a bad app but really needing an update if the map and lines considering they've changed!!!

This app is in desperate need of an update. Train schedule/route info is incorrect.

The subway map is out of date, the new Q stops on the 2nd avenue line are not there (6 months after they were opened).

But stops loading/ opening out of nowhere way too often. I constantly have to redownload this app.

I used to use this a lot because some lines (1,2,3,4,5,6) have actual times while others (B,C,D,E) only scheduled estimates. App gave best available info. But it is now WAY out of date. Lines like Q, W are wrong/missing. Please update!

Will there be an update to reflect the new subway lines?
