I bought this app because I thought it would be useful to have the arrival time for my train ahead of time. It was a waste of money.

First, this app is often inaccurate. Second, the nyc subway app (which is free) also gives the arrival times for trains. It is also more accurate and will allow you to see the arrival times for all trains at a particular station as well as get directions from a station to your final destination. This app only shows you the arrival time for the next train and only one train line at a time. If youre at Times Square and want to take the next train out, you have to pick the train line and then Times Square to see the arrival time and then repeat the process for each train. On the other hand, the free nyc subway app will show you all the trains at Times Square and all the arrival times on one screen which makes it soooo much easier to figure out which train to take.

Bottom line, save your money and get the free (better) app.
