iOS 8 Breaks Push Notifications

Ever since upgrading to iOS 8 this app will no longer notify you of delays or service problems even when you have everything turned on. Very upsetting, multiple instances where there were service alerts and I didnt hear about it until getting down in the way and therefore being late to work.
